Return and Refund Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment of the product (s) if:
  • you do not receive the product within the maximum guaranteed period (60 working days plus 2-7 working days sale processing)
  • you receive the wrong product
  • you do not want to keep the product you received (but you must return the product by paying all postage costs and the product must not have been used)
We do not issue a refund if:
  • your order does not arrive due to factors that are your responsibility (for example, providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances (for example, not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural catastrophe).

* You can request a refund within 7 calendar days after the guaranteed delivery period (60 business days, not including 2-7 business days of order processing) has expired. You can do so by sending a message  at Contact Us .
